What is love? What isn’t love?

Growing up, I heard things like, “How do you know it’s love, what does love feel like, or even the good old what is love?”
My parents always told me that being in love and loving someone is not always the same thing.
I was also taught what love wasn’t:
If it’s hard and fast, most likely it’s not love, and honestly, this is true …. to me.
For others, this is love….
I’m still in the process of learning that everything does not have the same meaning to everyone….
For example, if I hear someone say that they’re in love after a couple of seconds or even days, my inner voice might whisper something like, “no, you’re not - that’s infatuation, “ but guess what my inner voice is incorrect…. My feelings or the things I deem as true will not always be the same for someone else…. And that’s perfectly fine.
The world can be a very beautiful place when we don’t always speak our inner thoughts…. especially when it honestly has nothing to do with you.
